We've been here four times now. Great hotel for the price and good location. Friendly staff and rooms basic but perfectly adequate with a nice big kettle! Only gripe is that they need to have the TV aerials repaired and batteries in the remotes. Bathroom good too with strong shower.
Excellent value for money at this lovely hotel. The receptionists were both excellent, and Steve was very helpful going above and beyond to assist us including finding us a bottle opener, chilling out beers, booking us taxis and recommending restaurants. (The Goat and Tricycle was a phenomenal choice). The rooms were sizeable and clean. We were very happy with our stay. Thank you!
Very warm welcome to a lovely hotel. We stayed in a family room, four friends with enough room for a couple of days away. Everything was clean and secure. The staff helped us with everything and a few issues that they didn't need to help with but went out of their way for us. The breakfast was tasty and filled us up for a good start to the day. Will definitely stay there again when going to Bournemouth.
